What impressed me most about this hotel was its attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who were friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. They even greeted us by name, which made us feel valued as guests. The rooms were clean, bright, and spacious, with comfortable fittings and furnishings. I particularly appreciated the small touches like the LED lighting on the bedside and desk, which provided sufficient brightness in the room. Additionally, the hotel's location near the train and tram stop made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
No improvements needed, everything was great!

Our room was clean and had been recently renovated. the staff were helpful for all our needs. While some distance from the city centre, the hotel had good access to a direct tram route.
While clean, the room was austere in its fittings which were very Ikea-like. The floor had been covered with cheap, imitation timber floorboards which creaked loudly and must have disturbed the people below. The room was very difficult to get to, with 3 flights of stairs to climb and a rabbit warren of corridors to negotiate.

Nice and modern hotel with sufficient facilities for one night stay.
The room and bathroom was very narrow. The double bed had only one bed lamp.

The reception staff is very kind and helpful y location, although it is far from the old centre, it is in a quiet neiborghoood..
It lacks elevator and it is necessary to walk trough several stairs, corridors and one internal door to reach the room at the second floor.

The hotel breakfast was enjoyable and the rooms were clean. it was located near public transportation, making it easy to get around during our stay.
The rooms were quite small and did not offer much space to move around. the noise level from the street was very loud, and even with earplugs, it was difficult to sleep.

Easy to find and park: this very pleasant hotel provided the ideal stop-over en route through Germany and Austria to Italy. We were provided with good service and our room, whilst not luxurious, was very adequate, clean and comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. Great value..

The staff in general and especially the lady at the reception was very friendly! The price was low and even included free wireless internet.
Breakfast buffet was very basic and the room I was in was located right next to the stairs and the door was not sound proof at all.

The hotel had great breakfast options, with a selection of sweet and savory items, including cheese, charcuterie, jams. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their all-day check-in option using an electronic terminal. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The hotel staff were excellent. They could not do enough to help us with the tram schedule and tell us how to get to the concert. The room was spacious and had a safety deposit box and fridge in the room. The free Wifi worked great. There is free parking at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was very good. We needed an optometrist and they printed out an address close to the hotel immediately. The Hotel was about 10-15 minutes to the centre of town. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed over new years. A great location just steps away from public transportation and close to restaurants, supermarket, and drugstore. Breakfast with both sweet and salty options is really nice, and the coffee is great. the staff was really friendly and spoke excellent English. I appreciated the fact that there was a fridge in the room, which was useful for storing drinks.
The rooms are quite small, and the lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry my luggage up the stairs. the wifi was slow at times, and the walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from other rooms and the street outside.

breakfast is plentiful and very comfortable, hotel is very quiet
Some spider web on the ceiling in the room, loose handles, sink plug to be fixed, german blanket (its uncomfortable because you always find your feet off)

The staff were very helpful and spoke good to reasonable English. They directed us to the sights in Augsburgh by public transport with very clear directions. The room was very clean, up to date with excellent facilities. The price was good. All in all we enjoyed our stay there. There was tea or coffee on arrival which we didn't get at other b & B's on our travels. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.
